I am thinking(which is just amazing at this time of night) that it is a map on a going away (or homecoming cake) for someone.
Congrats on the sink! I would like a deeper one too. but that ain't gonna happen! But I did get a new faucet when the plumber came to fix come issues with the disposal a month ago or so. Now I can use my disposer without having to wear my rain boots!
